Returns Policy**

  • Orders can be returned back to us for store credit within 14 days (for orders shipped within Australia) or 28 days (for orders shipped outside Australia) of receiving it. Your store credit is valid for 12 months.
  • The item(s) has to be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unstained, with original labels & tags attached, and in its original packaging
  • The items(s) has not been damaged* while in your possession or during delivery

*’Damage’ may include presence of make-up, fake tan or any other marks and the presence of smell of perfume, cosmetics, deodorant, washing powder or other odours on the garment.

  • To return, please complete the returns form below, enclose it with the original invoice and the goods you are returning.
  • The cost of return shipping is at customer’s expense for return due to change of mind or wrong size.
  • All return items will be inspected upon receipt. If your returned good are assessed as having been worn, damaged, altered, washed, tags removed or returned outside of the above mentioned timeframe, our team will notify you of this assessment and the goods will be returned to you.
  • We recommend you to keep a copy of your courier’s tracking number, as unfortunately we could not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned to us.
  • Subject to the conditions above, we will issue you a store credit upon receiving your return, covering the cost of the item (based on the price you had paid), excluding the shipping charges
  • For Sales items, only the price you had paid will be issued as store credit (not the original price of the product).
  • Our team aim to process your returns and send your store credit within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting your returned item
  • **Above Returns Policy is for returns other than faulty item, in unfortunate case of faulty item, please refer to policy below.


I've received a faulty item

Bummer! Please contact us at and we will sort that out for you as soon as possible. Please send us a few photos of the fault. Once the warehouse has confirmed the item has a manufacturing fault, we will offer you a choice of a refund or 120% store credit. Faulty item claim must be made within a reasonable time of receiving the goods.
